To be quite honest, I don't have a problem with porn, or prostitution for that matter. Victimless crimes for the most part. But I don't think women or children should be able to view it.

Men can deal with all kinds of pornography. It's in our genetic make-up to be able to completely separate our sexual side from our role as "father, breadwinner and respectable figure of the community". A man can quite readily have great sex with a woman he has no intention of ever seeing again. Part of the reason why rape of local women was so often a feature of Viking raids.

Women on the other hand cannot really separate sex from feelings of love and devotion. But, young women these days have just as easy access to porn as young men. They talk about porn, like it is funny and just normal. This screws up the minds of young women, and is part of the reason they are so promiscuous these days.

The seedier side of life has always existed in the seedier areas of town; swept under the carpet and hushed-up. I'm not oblivious to what you are saying and I agree with you. I just think it's time for WN to move forward with a new and different approach. To me, this is not a new and different approach and therefore I do not think that it will be very effective in the long run in reaching the overall mass of people. In the early colonial era when black slavery was being introduced, whites were extremely thin on the ground, and heavily made up of indentured servants and de facto white slaves. Many of the colonies were private company ventures, or were royal grant colonies or otherwise controlled by a handful of men on the other side of the Atlantic, whom the earlier white settlers were powerless to influence. This was not a comparable situation to what happened in white countries when the plutocrats tried to flood the labor market with cheap Chinese labor; in the early colonial period there was not yet an organized white community capable of fighting back; had there been one, black slavery would never have been implanted in the colonies. But there wasn't.
